Indian festivals in Germany

There are several Indian festivals celebrated here. These are attended enthusiastically by a lot of Indian students as well as foreign students. Although I can not compare to the ones celebrated in India, especially with family.
All you need to do is Google it out few months before the festival date, and you get the exact dates and events. I am not providing the exact details here, because these keep changing every year!

Navratri
It is celebrated every year in Dusseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt and in Netherlands.

Durga Puja
It is celebrated in Cologne, Dusseldorf, Bremen, Berlin, Stuttgart, Munich, Frankfurt.

Annakut
It is celebrated in Aachen, NRW.

Ganesh Chaturthi
It is celebrated in Netherlands, very close to German western borders, in Antwerp.

Kite flying
Kites have not been so popular, but celebrated in distributed manner.Few world famous German Kite flying clubs: Drachen Club Deutschland (German Kite Club)Snoopy Kite Giant Wheels.
A famous fact: Large kites were banned in East Germany because of the possibility of man lifting over the Berlin Wall.

Indian Film festivals
These are regularly celebrated in Universities by Indian association groups every year.
